Mariusz Ryszard Linke (born July 31, 1969) is a Polish professional mixed martial artist and grappler who is most notable for being the first Polish born black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, the highest ranking active Polish judoka and BJJ practitioner in both mixed martial arts and grappling, and one of the most decorated grapplers in Poland, he is also the first Polish grappler to travel to Brazil and receive training under a Gracie trained Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt.

Maciej Linke has been interested in sports since an early age. Together with his brother Mariusz, he started to train judo . In 1999 he founded the Berserkers Team in Szczecin together with his brother Mariusz, Piotr Bagiński and Robert Siedziako. In 2004, together with his brother, he decided to leave the Berserkers Team and set up Linke Gold Team.

Jorge Patino, also known as “Macaco”, is a Brazilian jiu jitsu black belt under Waldomiro Perez Junior, being an important figure for jiu jitsu during the 2000’s decade, particularly in the Sao Paulo area. Jorge Patino was also one of the most controversial competitors of the sport, a reputation earned from his bitter rivalries with Roberto Godoi, Eduardo Pamplona and Ryan Gracie. Jorge Macaco was also one of the first grapplers from Sao Paulo to successfully transition from jiu jitsu to mixed martial arts (MMA) where he has defeated big names such as Ronaldo Souza, Gabriel Vella and Gustavo “Ximu”.
